Casa Gomez is a family led company based in Eckington, specialising in award winning handmade artisan chorizos and Spanish sauces.
We are a husband and wife team (Sheila and Felix Gomez) living in Eckington & making our very unique award winning premium artisan chorizos here in Eckington!
We use a Spanish recipe of my husband’s family but use all local quality ingredients, for example our outdoor bred pork is from a local butcher. However, we do use paprika from Spain, as this is the best!
We also make our own artisan Spanish sauces & a very unique ‘Spicy Chorizo Paste’, which you will not find in any shop. We mostly sell at local artisan & farmer’s markets but do deliver to local businesses for example delicatessens, restaurants etc. We are proud to use all local quality ingredients, with their pork reared from a local farmer.
