Our consultation on Local Validation Lists for Planning Applications has now launched!

North East Derbyshire District council is today launching a 28 day consultation on a local validation requirements checklist for planning applications.

The consultation is open for 28 days from 13^th June 2024 until 5 p.m. on 11^th July 2024.

After the consultation period, North East Derbyshire District Council will consider all the comments received and amend the Local Validation List (.pdf | 850kb) as appropriate. Once approved this will form the basis on which planning applications are deemed valid by the Council.

Please note, although it will not be possible to respond to specific comments, all comments will be recorded and fed into the consultation process
