North East Derbyshire District Council is working in partnership with Parkinson’s UK to provide exercise opportunities to people living with Parkinson’s across the district. Exercise sessions are charged at £3.30 per session to those living with Parkinson’s regardless of where they live.
Carers can also attend for free, with tea and coffee also included!
Sessions include:
- Punch Out Parkinson’s: Tuesdays, 2pm to 2:45pm at Killamarsh Active.
- Forever Fit: Fridays, 11.15am to 12.15pm at Eckington Swimming Pool and Fitness Centre.
