Derbyshire County Council, through Park Smarter, are responsible for enforcing parking restrictions on the streets of North East Derbyshire District through their Civil Enforcement Officers (CEOs). This is known as Civil Parking Enforcement (CPE) and they deal with nuisance, illegal and dangerous parking.
